Risk Management
Risk Management is an important component of the effective governance and administration of the Fund. Good internal controls are an important characteristic of a well-run scheme. These controls employ a risk-based approach which ensures that sufficient time and attention is spent on identifying, evaluating and managing/mitigating risks.
As such a Risk Management Framework has been developed for the Fund.
A Risk Matrix outlines the assessment criteria that is followed to assess risks which are subsequently recorded on a risk register.
The following 'heatmap' itemises the risks and the severity rating of those risks.
