Contribution Remittance Submissions

A new contribution remittance portal will be live from 21st July 2025. Each employer and payroll provider currently participating in the Lancashire County Pension Fund will have received an email to advise of the new portal. Below are further details in relation to contribution remittance submissions via the new portal. 

Employers will need to submit their contributions remittance detailing the amount of employer and employee contributions payable during a particular month. The contribution remittance should be submitted by 6th of the following month. Direct debits for the submitted remittances will be deducted on the 19th, or last banking day before this date.

New Employer or Payroll Provider

To be able access the contribution remittance portal and make the necessary submissions you must have first set up an administrator account by completing and returning the Pension Contribution Remittance (PCR) Administrator Form. The administrator account will be responsible for submitting additional new user requests. If a third party undertakes your payroll a Third Party Authorisation Form must also be completed. 

Existing providers onboarding new employers

For changes of payroll providers, scheme employers must complete and return the Third Party Authorisation Form to pensionsfinance@lancashire.gov.uk.

Existing providers 

Each provider will have an administrator who will be responsible for submitting new user requests. If you are unsure who your administrator is, or they have left the organisation, please contact pensionsfinance@lancashire.gov.uk.
